Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a blender jug.
Blend until emulsified and creamy.
Use straight away or store in the fridge for up to a month.
Notes
You can also use apple cider or malt vinegar instead. If you don't like vinegar, replace it with lemon juice.
Use mild runny honey as strong-flavoured honey will spoil the balance.
Feel free to use blended grainy Dijon but don't use American or English mustard. They are not suitable for this recipe.
Use any other neutral-flavoured oil instead of sunflower if you prefer.
Will keep well stored airtight in the fridge for a few months.
