My favourite recipes

The dishes I like cooking and eating most.

Some of these like ribeye steak and mashed potatoes are classics and some are simply delicious. Like this pea and mint dip or these Thai beef koftas.

Others are recipes that have made people a lot of money in their restaurants like Borodinsky rye bread, Russian honey cake and this walnut and carrot cake.
